The OUT_OF_ENERGY error occurs when your wallet has no energy to pay for smart contract execution. Without energy, TRON burns TRX directly from your balance: 13.4 TRX for a standard TRC-20 transfer, or 27 TRX for a new wallet address. If you don't have enough TRX, the transaction fails entirely. Each TronFuel delegation gives you a 20-minute window to complete your transfer. After energy arrives (~3 seconds after your TRX is confirmed), send your transaction immediately. The energy is consumed when you execute the transfer. If you do not send within 20 minutes, the delegation expires and you will need a new package. For 5-pack or 10-pack purchases, all transfers must be completed within the same 20-minute window.
